Welcome to Aquatic Titans Global,  These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase and shipment of live fish and related products.
By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

1. Eligibility

By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and legally permitted to purchase and receive live animals in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws governing the possession and ownership of the fish species you purchase.

2. Product Information

We specialize in the sale of predatory freshwater fish. Product descriptions and photos are provided for general informational purposes and may vary in color, size, or appearance.
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

4. Shipping Policy

Live fish are shipped via [FedEx/UPS Overnight or equivalent] to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipments are scheduled based on weather and carrier conditions appropriate for live animal transport.

• The customer must provide accurate shipping      information.
• Someone must be available to accept delivery on the first      delivery attempt.
• We are not responsible for losses, damages, or delays      caused by the carrier, weather, or failure to accept delivery.

Failure to receive the package on the first attempt will void any Live Arrival Guarantee.

5. Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that all fish will arrive alive and healthy if the following conditions are met:

1. The customer is present for the first delivery      attempt.
2. Any Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) claim is submitted within 2      hours of delivery, including clear, time-stamped photos of the      deceased fish in the unopened bag.
3. The original shipping box and label must be visible in      the photos for verification.

Once verified, we will issue store credit or replacement fish, at our discretion.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• No cash refunds will be issued.
• Failure to follow these steps voids the Live Arrival      Guarantee.

6. Return Policy

Due to the nature of live animal sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any live fish, except in cases of verified DOA.

• All live fish sales are final once shipped.
• Returns will not be accepted due to size, color,      temperament, or compatibility issues.
• We do not refund for “buyer’s remorse” or improper care      conditions.
• Returned fish will not be accepted for biosecurity      reasons and will be refused upon delivery.

If the incorrect species is shipped, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.

7. Health and Biosecurity Disclaimer

To protect the health and safety of our livestock:

• We cannot and will not accept the return of any live      fish under any circumstances.
• Returned fish pose a serious biosecurity hazard     that may introduce harmful pathogens to our facility.
• Once fish leave our facility, we can no longer verify      their health, water quality, or environment.

By purchasing from [Your Business Name], you acknowledge and accept that fish cannot be returned for any reason.
Any attempt to return fish will be refused and will void all guarantees.

8. Health Guarantee Disclaimer

We guarantee that all fish are healthy and disease-free at the time of shipment.
However, we do not guarantee long-term survival or future health after successful delivery.

Factors such as acclimation, tank conditions, water chemistry, diet, and compatibility are outside of our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for fish losses occurring after delivery and acclimation.

9. Acclimation and Care

Proper acclimation is essential to ensure fish health.
We recommend floating the sealed bag for 15–20 minutes to equalize temperature, followed by a slow introduction of tank water to prevent shock.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Improper acclimation
• Inadequate water quality
• Aggressive tank mates
• Overcrowding
• Inappropriate tank setup or maintenance

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for researching and understanding the care requirements, temperament, and compatibility of each species before purchase.
We assume no liability for loss or harm caused by improper care, handling, or tank conditions.

11. Legal Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the fish purchased are legal to own and possess in their jurisdiction.
We will not ship species restricted by federal, state, or local law.
We are not responsible for confiscation, fines, or penalties resulting from the illegal possession or importation of fish.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Business Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, care, or shipment of live fish.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

All fish are sold “as is”, without any express or implied warranties regarding future health, behavior, or longevity.

13. Limitation on Damages

You agree that our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the fish.
We are not responsible for damages or losses involving other livestock, property, or equipment resulting from disease, aggression, or contamination after delivery.

14. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and use customer information solely for order processing, payment, and communication purposes.
Your personal information is protected and will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or necessary to complete transactions (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).
By using our website, you consent to this limited data collection and use.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or any transaction, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation.
If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of IL, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Each party will bear its own legal fees.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial related to any dispute under these Terms.
